DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
In the unlikely event that any product you purchase is damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights.
If you believe a product is faulty or damaged prior to delivery, please return the item to us following the guidelines set out in our Returns policy.
Our policy on damaged and faulty products does not affect your statutory rights.
